We have been awarded 5 stars by the environmental health office. 0 being very very bad, You naughty boy slap on the ass and close you down bad and 5 being ooh you lovely chef how clean you are I could lick my food off of you right now kind of scrummy yummy good. So for good food and drink and people who know how to keep clean get yourself down to the only pub to be at. Contrary to popular belief the Griffin is alive and well and open for business 7 days a week. This is our new website designed to give you some information about events that will be taking place during the coming year. We will also put up various offers on drinks and a list of weekly theme nights. So a little information about the Griffin. We are not just a Gay venue. We are open to everyone and all are welcome to come and sit and enjoy a quiet drink during the day, or get lively at night and get involved in some karaoke. We truly are a venue with a difference. The Griffin is a beautiful building with a warm and friendly atmosphere for everyone. The website is updated regularly and we are going to add more to it as we go along, including photos from various events along with some video content too.
